If you are into seafood you have to check out one of the many places that sell fresh (and I mean *fresh*) seafood. The seafood is so fresh that it is in fact still alive when you order it.
It works the following way: You enter the restaurant and walk past hundreds of fish tanks with all sorts of live seafood. You pick whatever you are interested in and tell one of the waiters on the bottom level of the restaurant how you want your food prepared. Right in front of your eyes the seafood gets taken to the slaughter station. The guys working there kill your seafood and out it in little plastic dishes which then end up in the kitchen. A few minutes later your food is served on the upper floors of the restaurant.
This kind of restaurant is very popular and you can tell from the prices that is also caters to tourism.
