This is where most of the seafood meets their creator. It's incredible to see how quickly those guys turn a live fish into a neat little package for the kitchen. If you don't like to see how your food is prepared I suggest you close your eyes when you pass this station.

Jon and I were mighty surprised when we saw the following: A mother and her son were walking along the tanks and the little boy got all excited when he saw the frogs in one of the tanks. After a brief conversation 4 of the frogs ended up in a black plastic bag, the bag flew across the hall to the slaughter station, where one of the experienced frog-killers took a big-ass knife and suprised the frogs in the bag by hitting them rather hard with the flat side of the knife. The bag good opened and revealed 4 very stunned looking frogs. The experienced frog-killer again took his knife and hit the frogs again. Unfortunately, this time he used the blade. Frog eyes still stared at their bodies when their were throw into the waste bucket. Not a nice picture - we decided to skip frog that night.
