China and Mongolia - a short diary in pictures |

| In August 2001 my lovely wife Candice and myself went on a short trip to China and Mongolia. We visited Candice' parents in Shanghai, travelled via Beijing to Mongolia, spent a few days in Mongolia and the Gobi desert and finally visited the Yellow Mountains (Huangshan) in China. During the whole trip my Canon D30 digital camera was never left at home. I took well over a thousand images and compiled the ones I liked most in this online travel diary. So, please join me on my short trip and I promise you will forget about work for a few moments. On the left hand side you see a number of colored buttons labelled with numbers and names of places.
